Job requirement

1. Quotation Management:

  • Prepare accurate and timely quotations for projects based on client requirements and product specifications.
  • Create, update, and modify quotation descriptions to reflect the latest product information, pricing, and terms, ensuring all changes are approved by the Division Manager.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of quotations, tracking revisions and approvals.

2.Technical Documentation:

  • Develop and update detailed spec sheets for products and solutions, ensuring accuracy and completeness, subject to the Division Manager's approval.

3. Tender and Pre-Qualification Support:

  • Prepare pre-qualification documents and tender submissions, collaborating with the Sales Administrator for document assembly and review.
  • Ensure all tender documents are submitted in compliance with client requirements and deadlines.
  • Maintain organized records of all tender submissions and related correspondence.

4. Customer Service:

  • Proactively communicate with clients via email and phone, providing updates on project status, order fulfillment, and product information.
  • Collaborate with the Manager's Assistant to organize and execute client visits to the showroom, showcasing new equipment and fostering client engagement.

5. Sales Pipeline Management:

  • Maintain and update the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and current information on project status, notes, and key milestones.
  • Generate regular reports on pipeline activity and sales progress for the Division Manager.
  • Accurately record and document all sales activities and client interactions.

6. Layout Coordination:

  • Gather detailed information from clients regarding layout requirements, specifications, and preferences.
  • Transmit client information and requirements accurately and efficiently to the Design team. Ensure the final layout meets the client’s approval and specification.

Job requirement

* Requirements:

  • Open for Fresh Graduates with interest in operation 
  • Good communicate in English and Vietnamese both verbal & written
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)
  • Proactive, careful, well organized, detail-oriented, highly resourceful and follow-up skills
  • Good problem solving and analytical skill
  • Willing to learn, multiple tasks and be able to work in a fast – paced environment
  • Good at time management and planning skills
  • Work independently as well as in a team
