Job requirement

Responsibilities:

Sales Administration 

  • Receive and process customer purchase orders.
  • Prepare quotations, contracts, and related documents.
  • Coordinate order confirmation, delivery schedules, and shipping instructions.
  • Arrange shipment and communicate with forwarders.
  • Follow up on delivery status and after-sales services.

Production Planning 

  • Create and update production plans based on orders and forecasts.
  • Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics for on-time delivery.
  • Monitor production progress and adjust schedules when needed.
  • Track inventory levels to ensure material availability.

Cross-Department Communication 

  • Act as the main contact point between sales, production, logistics, and quality control.
  • Communicate to prevent delivery issues and resolve problems related to orders, inventory, or production.
