Sales Administration Executive

We are looking for a Sales Admin to support the Sales team in managing merchant onboarding, contract documentation, and internal coordination. This role ensures that sales operations run smoothly, accurately, and efficiently — allowing the business team to focus on driving growth and revenue.

• Handle merchant onboarding and verify customer registration documents.
• Coordinate with Legal, Accounting, and Technical teams to ensure timely service activation.
• Prepare quotations, contracts, appendices, and proposals for customers.
• Track contract status (signing, renewal, termination) and maintain updated data in system.
• Prepare sales performance and revenue reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly).
• Support revenue reconciliation and data verification with the Accounting team.
• Manage internal approval requests for discount policies or sales programs.
• Assist in sales events and partner meetings when needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. 
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Administration / Sales Operations / Business Support, preferably in Fintech, Banking, or Payment Services. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM tools is a plus. 
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and well-organized. 
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
