Sales Admin Staff (Mom&Baby)

1. Supplier / Customer Management:

- Preparing and sending data/report to supplier.

- Working with suppliers (customer) regarding product documentation.

- Follow-up Shipment from suppliers after getting confirmation from suppliers and BOD.

2. Promotion Execution:

- Work with internal teams to ensure promotion is active on time.

- Work closely with Sales Team to ensure the deployment of trade programs effectively.

3. Activity Tracking & Evaluation:

- Monthly track the promotion results and work with clients for reimbursement.

- Calculate monthly incentive based on client contract, Suburbs contract, monthly incentive schemes.

- Follow-up debit note related to supplier incentive, promotion schemes.

4. Sales Performance Tracking:

- Daily tracking sales performance by Sub-DB/SR vs Target.

- Daily tracking stock situation to avoid damaged goods/NED/Out of stock.

5. Documentation work:

- Make monthly promotion announcement to Sales Team/Suburbs/Customers.

- Follow up and save the documents related to Marketing Team.

6. Other tasks assigned by BOD.

• University/ College with the Business Administration/ Marketing/ Economic major
• At least 2 years of Marketing/Economics/Business or related fields (FMCG is preferred)
• Sales data analyzing skill
• English Communication B or over
• Planning skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Be willing to learn and able to adapt quickly.
• Can work under pressure
