Job requirement

  • After receiving requirements from customers, prepare and send accuratequotations.
  • Receive and process customer Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Verify customer information such as company name, address, and paymentterms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Maintain and update customer records, sales contracts, and documentation asper guidelines.
  • Collect and compile sales data for weekly/monthly reports.
  • Organize and monitor schedules to meet deadlines.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and document preparation.
  • Liaise with warehouse, logistics, finance, and supply & demand departments.
  • Follow up on delivery status, stock availability, and invoice issuance.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and external partners.
  • Follow up on payment status and support debt collection when needed.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders or deliveries.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager
