Overview
The Sales is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales, ensuring smooth operations in sales processes, documentation, and customer interactions. This role involves managing sales-related documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and assisting in customer communications to help drive business efficiency and growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Enhance business opportunities for MattenPlant in Vietnam.
Enhance MATTEN’s market presence in Vietnam by identifying and leveraging growth opportunities.
Pursue strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand business reach and strengthen industry positioning.
2. Develop and Maintain Customer Relationships
Build and nurture strong relationships with customers in local, regional, and global markets, with a primary focus on Vietnam.
Engage with clients regularly to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
3. Strategically approach customers to identify and understand their requirements.
Utilize a strategic and insightful approach when engaging with customers to accurately identify their needs and preferences.
Establish clear policies and procedures for managing warranties and claims, ensuring seamless customer experience and satisfaction.
4. Acquire knowledge of Skion Group’s Water Technology Applications
Develop a strong understanding of Skion Group’s water technology solutions to effectively promote and integrate them with Matten’s offerings.
5. Timely Tender Document Submissions
Lead and complete tender document submissions in both English and Vietnamese, ensuring timely delivery by collaborating closely with process, project, production, and client teams to meet client requirements.
Ensure the precise and prompt completion of tender documents in both English and Vietnamese.
Collaborate with the process team to develop proposals and cost sheets that align with client requirements and enhance satisfaction.
6. Assist in Creating Marketing Materials for MATTEN
Regularly update information about Matten’s activities on social media platforms, enhancing brand visibility.
Prepare and refine presentation documents, case studies, and other marketing materials.
7. Support the preparation and completion of ISO documents and other requirements for ISO certification.
8. Represent the company's interests in the defined market.
9. Regularly monitor market trends and provide reports to the Director.
10. Willing to travel domestically and internationally as required.
11. Record and update sales progress for reporting to the Director.
12. Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned.
