Sales Admin

Job requirement

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Act as an extension of the sales department in a team approach.

· Support Sales Manager, sales team members by tracking, investigating, and reporting sales information; resolving problems.

· Update Sales Manager by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries.

· Follow up regular orders (check PO), update sales report. Control stock of regular order to balance stock.

· Involve in sending goods process, samples sending.

· Maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; preparing and distributing weekly / monthly reports.

· Prepare sales presentations and customer meetings.

· Liaise with Supply chain: purchase order, import/ export, Sales Order Delivery.

· Monthly practice PSI and Account Receivable.

· Combine with production to balance stock and stock planning.

· Ensure that all data information is current, plus be able to create, manage and report to Sales Manager.

· Prepare sales contract

Job requirement

Requirements:

·         Experienced in sales administrator or coordination.

·         Experienced in following PO, stock checking and payment checking from customers is a must.

·         Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness and monitor own work to ensure quality.

·         Familiar with Microsoft office (Word, excel, power point), computer and internet skill.

·         Able to work with deadline.

·         Fluent in English.

·         Can handle multi-tasks, reports.
