Sales Admin (Chinese Speaking)

• Ensure that all documentation is processed promptly and accurately.
• Provide effective administrative support to Sales team.
• Organize and manage all relevant documents and necessary tasks for Sales staff, especially Expats.
• Assist Expats in responding to customer requirements and handling complaints.
• Support Sales activities, including promotions, business trips, and arrangements for machine lending or returns.
• Assist Marketing team with Events and related tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Department Head.

Key Challenges:

• Meeting deadlines for closing tasks.
• Completing work with high-quality results.

• University degree or equivalent qualification
• At least 01-year experience
• Ability to work under pressure to achieve target
• Read and write, speak intermediate Chinese and English
• Good negotiation skills at different level in organization
• Organized, reliable, self-motivated and confidence personality
• Interpersonal communication
