Job requirement

-Focus on developing and managing OEM/Tier1 located around Vietnam like VF Auto and Lear JIT to acquire new business.

-Maintain good relationships with customers and responsible for listening customer voice and solve problems to exceed customers’ expectations

-Lead quotation activity and coordinate related department to deliver overall proposal on time and Lead price negotiation with customer until final deal made.

-Provide counsel, advice and recommendations on the competitive market trends, conditions and opportunities to assure proper consideration in the formulation of sales plans, marketing programs and customer business model

-Support function head to complete yearly growth plan build up

Job requirement

-English skill in both writing and reading

-Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering etc.)

-Minimum of 5years Sales Experience with OEM and Tier 1

-Reviewing cost and finance analysis model and prepare for APR and Customer Quote

-Experience with Local OEMs (VF preferred)

-Accept frequent business trips (2-4 times a month)

-Preferred Items That Shortlist a Good Candidate

1.      Experience in dealing with Finance and understanding of financial metric.

2.      Good at PPT and Excel.
