• Prospect potential leads and nurture relationships to introduce new clients to the project.

• Provide customer care in accordance with company standards and assist clients in attending events and project site visits.

• Contact and consult with clients on products that align with their specific needs and financial capabilities.

• Provide property valuation insights and conduct market research within the assigned operating areas.

• Fully participate in 2-day training sessions and a weekly 1-day field trip to project sites with the company.

• Attend recognition and award ceremonies and support corporate communication/marketing activities.

• Prior sales or business experience is a strong advantage.
• Age: 25 – 40 years old.
• Excellent communication skills and high self-confidence.
• Agile, hard-working, and highly diligent.
• A proactive learning mindset and a strong spirit for teamwork.
• Ability to work effectively under high pressure.
