Job requirement

  • Support Sales team. Following up sales contracts, booking confirmations.
  • Maximize any opportunity to promote and sell services of the company.
  • Provide status reports to management on overall sales and leasing activities.
  • To collect all information relevant to Company’s business.
  • Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. 
  • Maintain hard copy and electronic filing systems.
  • Greet visitors and determine the nature of their visit. 
  • Extensive training program (SAP, CRM, Machine portfolio…) 
  • Attend all request from the customers and transfer to concerned department.
  • Ensure a good-looking, clean & tidy reception corner.
  • Receive and transfer telephone calls, letters to the person or department concerned.
  • In addition to these typical duties, may perform other duties as assigned and required
