1. Workplace Safety Management
- Conduct weekly safety inspections across the factory and follow up on corrective actions.
- Investigate work accidents, incidents, and occupational injuries to identify root causes and implement preventive measures and manage return-to-work procedures for injured employees.
- To make quarterly report (accident report, Implement of occupational safety report, re-validate for equipment to Binh Duong Government which is requested strictly about safety…)
- Draft and update procedures related to occupational safety and hygiene, safety and health.
- Identify and evaluate workplace safety risks on a regular basis.
- Prepare periodic safety reports as required by internal policies and external authorities.
- Deliver safety orientation training for all new employees.
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned by direct supervisors or management.
2. Food Safety & Hygiene & Canteen Management
Food Safety & Hygiene management:
- Conduct periodic checks and updates on food safety regulations.
- Daily monitor food quality, hygiene practices, and catering SOP compliance.
- Organize yearly practice contest for Food Safety & Hygiene reaction team.
System, Facilities & Equipment Management:
- Periodically inspect and ensure proper working condition of canteen facilities and equipment.
- Make reports on facility and equipment status.
External Catering Service Management:
- Organize the required training & test for member of outsourced catering services.
Infrastructure Improvement:
- Monitor canteen infrastructure condition and propose necessary improvements.
- Conduct the infrastructure improvements (design, supervise construction work related to canteen facility upgrades).
