10- 15 + years of IT Services/
Consulting experience working for tier 1 providers. At least two years’
experience in managing/ solutioning RPA projects.
A engineering degree and MBA/Masters Level (preferred)
Proven track record of managing
RPA engagements onsite and delivering complex RPA programs.
Experience in managing
contracts, SOWs, MSAs and support BD activities. .
Ability to oversee, plan and
execute concurrent activities to time, quality and budget
Excellent interpersonal,
communication, influencing and facilitation skills. Ability to
interact appropriately at all levels of a complex organizational
environment.
Demonstrable ability to develop
thought leadership in talent and leadership areas.
Ability to build and manage
both internal and external suppliers, with appropriate service and
governance metrics to support and enhance the RPA credibility and
acceptance with senior stakeholders.
Experience in identifying
potential solutions to complex problems with sound commercial reasoning
using data and analytics to support decision making.
