Salary:
Objective (1)
Manage IT requirements for risk systems and be able to promote lending and e-wallet business for FinTech start-up company. Provide support for risk infrastructure projects (risk systems such as risk underwriting system, collections system, antifraud system for e-wallet, decision tools, data dictionaries, DWH requirements, etc...). Drive credit performance with technologies and process automation.

Key accountabilities (2)
- Responsible for risk system requirements, analyze them, provide BRD documents and prioritize the delivery based on agreement between project, technology and business units.
- Cooperate with technology team to complete the deployment of new risk functionality.
- Cooperate with the products department in APP design and other risk relevant functions.
- Design UAT test scenarios and test new data and functions.
- Responsible for related project management and coordination, progress monitoring and reporting, project risk prevention and mitigation.
- To assist the managers to complete the delivery of other related work.
- Support the department head in definition of roadmap and monthly, quarterly and yearly delivery plans for all risk systems and relevant functions in systems managed by finance or OPS division.
- Engage with external providers of services such as decision engine, payment getaway, call center system, phone services or SMS getaway.
Experiences and competencies (4)
- University degree
- At least 3 years’ experience as project manager, business analyst for risk systems such risk underwriting system, collections system, antifraud system for e-wallet or decision engine.
- Familiar with various systems commonly used within the financial sector such as core system, call center system, SMS gateway, payment getaway etc.
- Knowledge of UML, BPMN and Visio is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English.
- Presentation skills to communicate with business units.
- Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure.
Organized. Ability to prioritize and to manage multiple tasks.
- Self-confidence. Self-motivated and goal driven. Orientation toward results.
