Salary:
Objective (1)
Manage decision engine changes for underwriting process, antifraud rules, implementing scorecards. Fully participate in rules design for business areas such as risk underwriting, collections, antifraud for e-wallet.

Key accountabilities (2)
- Responsible for rules deployment through FICO Blaze Advisor decision engine.
- Fully align with business unit which raised the new rules.
- Cooperate with technology team to complete the deployment of decision engine rules library.
- Maintain clear underwriting rules journal and rules list for each business area.
- Design UAT test scenarios and test delivered changes for decision engine.
- Responsible for related project management and coordination, progress monitoring and reporting, project risk prevention and mitigation.
- To assist the managers to complete the delivery of other related work.
Experiences and competencies (4)
- University degree
- At least 3 years’ experience as project manager, business analyst for risk systems such risk underwriting system, collections system, antifraud system for e-wallet or decision engine.
Working experience with FICO Blaze Advisor is a key advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English.
- Presentation skills to communicate with business units.
- Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure.
- Organized. Ability to prioritize and to manage multiple tasks.
- Self-confidence. Self-motivated and goal driven. Orientation toward results.
