The Risk Analysts - Ground Intel works to facilitate investigations by initiating Fraud and Intelligence gathering, recognising common fraudulent schemes or trends and continually assessing the changing risks posed by external factors as well as risks coming from internal leaks/sources.
Essential Functions
Conducts fraud verification of reported fraud activities/cases from various sources and cities in Indonesia.
Obtain evidence, gather ground intelligence of common fraud schemes and trends happening in the market.
Develop suspects/players identification, compile suspect/player profile information and identify other associates and other background information.
Monitor and observe fraudulent activities or trends and further conducting research on identified fraud activities, providing solutions to eliminate the fraud activities from Grab's platform.
Initiate reports on fraud findings to TISS leaders for immediate action/resolution of the problem
Travels on a regular basis around Indonesia Cities to conduct investigations.
Requirements
Trustworthy, discreet and able to keep and maintain confidentiality of the information handled.
Ability to work independently and able to assess and make decisions while on the ground.
Having established network of informants is a great advantage.
Must be willing to be relocated or be able to travel every now and then.
Must possess a passport.
