Get to know the Role:

  • The Rewards Program Administrator will provide administrative and operational support in helping the team drive successful compensation and benefits programmes across the region. He/she will work closely with other members of the rewards team to deliver more personalised positive rewards experiences regionally.

  • Be resourceful, meticulous, numerically driven and able to handle large volume of data.

The day-to-day activities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support for Grab's rewards programmes, including end-to-end administration of equity incentive schemes, international mobility, payroll and other compensation and benefit programmes.

  • Work closely with compensation partners to run compensation activities and programmes in Grab.

The must haves:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience

  • Strong Excel skills – vlookup, pivot table, ability to run data analysis

  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Word

  • Process-oriented mindset, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Able to balance an intense attention to detail with swift execution

  • Comfortable to work in an ambiguous environment with ability to work well under pressure

  • Methodical and numerical
