-          Monday-Friday (8:00~17:00)

§  Salary Range: At least Gross 2000 USD (Negotiable for more depends on candidates’ skills and experience)

 

JOB DUTIES:

§  Report to Japanese General Director/ Functional reporting to BU in HQ

§  Job Responsibilities:

-          Grow and sustain the company’s Retail business in Vietnam. Formulate and develop and executive business strategies to achieve business goals and objectives and new business creation and prospect of the business. The main targets are Supermarket chain and convenience store chains in Vietnam.

-          Overall profit & loss responsibility for Retail business of the company in VN, including but not limited to sales activities managing SGA and increasing Orders, Sales, OP and GP

-          Full responsible for selling business of back-end and front-end for retail market including but not limited to POS Channel sales execution; selling software packages…

-          Establishing efficient structure for delivery / implementation and operation management of Retail Business

-          Co-ordinate with BU in HQ and counterparts in other teams to leverage the total retail solution to market

-          Be responsible for Retail hardware and software of assigned accounts to reach the assignment target, by direct sales or by channel sales, to maximize our business 

-          Be responsible to improve and develop the channel sales, working with distributors and partners to leverage the business and explore new market segment.

-          Be responsible to develop and maintain the channel to meet the sales target

-          Manage and engage team to hit the all channel sales KPIs

-          Define business development objectives, policies and programs which be done in short-term, middle and long term.

-          Maintain and develop the policies and marketing programs with distributors

-          Be responsible for forecast, pipeline management. Follow up the opportunity with team and partners

-          Special projects or additional assignment from General Director

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

§  Desirable Background & Experience:

-          Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business management, Marketing, Economics

-          Certificates in IT industry are preferred

-          Language Skills: English business level (TOEIC 700 or higher)

-          Minimum 5 years of working experience as Sales Manager or Sales Account Manager for multinational company, specialized in IT, solutions, products to Retail and F&B industries

-          Prefer to have experience in POS hardware and software sales

-          Have wide and strong relationship in Retail & F&B industries and with partners in these industries

-          Communication and Presentation skills in both English and Vietnamese

-          Good at negotiation, problem solving, and can work flexible

-          Relevant experience in Retail hardware and Software, ERP is much prefer

-          Good at leadership

-          Strong knowledge of Retail system in Viet Nam and related policies.

-          Good knowledge of Sales, Marketing in Retail industry

-          Good at team-work, coaching and training skills

-          Good at problem solving, relationship management, influencing and communication skills

-          Service mind with good account handling skills
