1. Store Operations Support
Act as the bridge between Store Managers and the HQ team, supporting daily store activities.
Identify and troubleshoot operational issues (e.g. display, cash handling, order placement, inventory check-in/out).
Work closely with Store Managers to coach, train, and ensure adherence to company SOPs and display guidelines.
2. Performance Monitoring & Analysis
Monitor store KPIs such as revenue, footfall, average bill value, and conversion rates.
Analyze underperformance cases, propose data-driven improvement plans.
Conduct root cause analysis for issues affecting store performance (location, staff, display, promotion inefficiencies, etc.).
3. Cross-functional Coordination
Collaborate with HR, Training, and Merchandising teams to onboard new employees, execute display standards, and ensure customer experience.
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for inbound/outbound handling, product receiving, and stock display compliance.
4. Training & Process Implementation
Support training for new staff and newly opened stores on processes such as POS usage, receiving goods, customer service, product display, and money handling.
Support implementation of global SOPs into local operations and provide feedback for adjustments where necessary.
5. Issue Escalation & Continuous Improvement
Identify gaps in daily operations and proactively escalate complex issues to the Line Manager.
Support the localization of global workflows and propose operational improvements adapted to Vietnam’s retail environment.
