Experience:
1. New product channel launch planning
-Led the offline retail listing strategy of new products, and formulated retail GTM listing plans for key channels across the country (KA customers, brand stores, chains, etc.).
-Coordinate regional differentiated implementation strategies and formulate hierarchical implementation plans for different channels
-Led some core channels of customized display or new product sampling projects
2. Retail operation empowerment
-Operate a cross-functional collaboration system for new products: Collaborate with multiple departments such as GTM to complete the implementation of new product retail strategies
-Build a terminal sample loading system: design store display standards, new solutions, and experiential marketing strategies
-Leading prototype/POSM management: formulate prototype circulation strategies and monitor terminal display quality.
3. Market insight driven
-Observe, collect, and analyze consumer offline behavior information to improve the quality of exhibition design
- Monitor the dynamics of competitors and output competitive strategy suggestions
4. Retail material budget control
1. 3-5 years of experience in the consumer electronics industry, experience in consumer electronics retail GTM, retail operations, channel marketing, and channel sales is preferred, and leading/in-depth participation in offline new product launch projects is a bonus point
2. Execution: Good at dismantling strategies into implementable SOPs and establishing a closed-loop management mechanism
3. Leadership: Have the ability to promote cross-departmental work and effectively promote multi-departmental collaboration
4. Have strong self-drive and toughness, and love mobile phone products are preferred
5. Language: able to communicate fluently in English or Chinese (Chinese preferred)
