Job requirement

Responsible for ensuring all preparation for opening store is sufficient and according to the timeline, as well as ensure store operational is good before hand over to the Retail Operation team

New Store Preparation

  • Coordinate with Product, IT Support, HR, GA and Procurement to ensure all assets, access and MP is sufficient for the new store
  • Coordinate with SND, Logistic, Commerce and VM to ensure planogram and stock availability in new store
  • Coordinate with training, CS and campaign to ensure all MP well trained and google business is prepared for the new store
  • Finish all admin document/monitoring/request needed and collaborate with Store admin for the preparation
  • Ensure all SOP, Store Guide Book, Fire Fighting document and other document necessary is available at the new store
  • Check all the work of the construction vendor and together with procurement lead will hand over the process from vendor to Retail Operation teams. Identify and escalate any urgent renovation needs, ensuring all requirements are fully met before the store opening date.
  • Consolidate and report hand over progress and other document to Retail Operation team (1-2 month after the store opening date)

Job requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  • Certificate or coursework in Project Management is an advantage.
  • Experience in the retail industry is preferred.
  • English: Able to communicate effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills when working with partners, store teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail, proactive mindset, strong organizational skills and a strong team player.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and Google Workspace.
  • Able to utilize Excel for data analysis and performance reporting.
  • Ability to use AutoCAD is a plus.
  • Willing to follow store-team working hours (shifting schedule and possible weekend work).
