Job requirement

  • Responsible for store renovation projects: coordinate with all relevant departments to ensure stores are renovated and reopened effectively, covering construction, merchandising, visual display, promotion programs, activations, etc.
  • Responsible for evaluating the business performance of new stores. Attend bi-weekly meetings with Retail to review their performance reports and action plans; challenge them to explain the reasons and root causes behind results, and support these stores to work with other functions such as Finance, Marketing, Promotion, Trading, etc., to ensure their proposals are implemented. The ultimate goal is to drive sales and improve store performance.
  • Develop commercial plans by region: work with Data teams to analyze and assess sales performance by region, category, sub-category, and item to identify which products to focus on by cluster. Collaborate with the Commercial team to get approval for promotion programs that support each region.
  • Act as a bridge between Retail and the Commercial, Marketing, and Promotion teams to ensure Retail receives the necessary support related to products, promotions, actions, and communications, providing the regions with additional resources to drive sales.
  • Develop commercial strategies for stores located near key competitors (mainly LC) to ensure these stores improve their sales performance with the ultimate goal of winning over competitors.

Job requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in Retail Development, Business Development, Sales Operations, or related roles within the retail/FMCG industry.
  • Experience in managing store renovation projects or new store openings is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Good understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and promotion planning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Basic English communication (reading reports, emails).
