According to the monthly target issued by the headquarters, track the performance and grasp the daily turnover data of the city stores to ensure the sales target is achieved.
Responsible for the selection, employment, training and team capacity building of store employees, supervise and implement the company's standards and systems, and summarize, feedback and make optimization suggestions in a timely manner.
According to the operation standards, strictly implement the operation procedures of each store in the city to provide consumers with a comfortable shopping environment.
Monitor the store's daily inventory and product expiration dates and other inventory management tasks in real time, and formulate loss prevention and theft prevention plans to reduce store losses.
Regularly inspect stores as required by the company, audit store product data, ensure accuracy and authenticity (warehouse entry and exit, inventory, etc.), report any abnormalities in a timely manner, ensure the accuracy of store data, and assist stores in solving on-site problems (engineering/weak current/safety).
Inspect and manage merchandise display according to display standards, supervise store display execution and problem feedback.
Improve the safety management awareness of all store staff in cities, and make safety management requirements for special store equipment such as cash registers, fire equipment, and monitoring equipment.
At the same time, all store staff are required to work in a standardized manner to reduce the occurrence of work-related injuries. Understand and convey the company's brand concept and company development vision, monitor public opinion in real time, and maintain the brand image.
College degree or above, with English or Chinese skills for daily communication preferred.
More than 3 years of retail terminal business experience, single store management experience in the apparel retail industry, basic understanding and implementation experience of store sales management, performance improvement, personnel management, and product management.
Have basic experience in identifying people and cultivating work experience, be good at summarizing experience, have experience in formulating teaching plans and replicating and promoting them, and empower the team.
Have strong execution ability, can effectively convey the requirements of superiors, and implement the tasks undertaken in a timely manner; can solve and feedback problems in a timely and effective manner.
