Position: Responsible for the provision & implementing assigned projects successfully

Main responsibilities & Key Performance Indicators:

1. E2E project management

Responsible for the provision of all project management in market research, including planning, preparation, execution, deliverables, stakeholder management.  This role works in close collaboration with the CS, Client and functional team.

• Work across functional teams to ensure the end-to-end sales effectiveness projects, including several types of store audit & store census.

• Follow up closely with other stakeholders to make sure project progress on track.

• Update client on progress & fieldwork challenges.

• Manage project scope and changes from all stakeholders to mitigate impact to delivery timeline and quality.

• Manage risks during project setup and execution.

• Manage deliverables and quality to ensure level of quality as commitment.

• Maintain and update documentation pertaining to project to ensure that project information is correct and complete.

• Be process champion to review and enhance current processes to achieve better productivity as well as quality.

2. Client facing & servicing

Client servicing & managing client’s satisfaction in terms of project execution

• Liaise with client to identify and define client’s needs, scope and objectives.

• Handle client’s requests independently and fully.

• Present execution reports to client.

• Receive and handle feedback from clients. Get alignment with other teams or Client Service Lead for any critical issues.

Requirements:

Experience: Min. 1 year of experience in project management or related field

Languages: English and Vietnamese

Familiar with Gmail & Google applications (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Drive)
