Experience:
Collect and consolidate data from the Site Development team on potential store locations.
Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks for new site openings.
Prepare accurate and timely reports in English for management review.
Create presentations and dashboards to support decision-making processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Operations, Marketing) to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
Maintain and update site development databases.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Economics, or related fields.
At least 1 year of experience in real estate, retail, FMCG, or similar fields.
Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and presentation.
Fluent in English (speaking and writing) – able to prepare and present reports confidently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) or data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau is a plus).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
