Reporting & Analytics Lead

IN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL:

• Build & maintain reports and dashboards to show how teams, sub-teams and individuals are performing against key metrics.

• Provide data-driven suggestions for problem resolution

• Manage BAU reporting

• Provide ad hoc operations insights and analysis on request

AS OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE, YOU HAVE:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in the same capacity

• Structured, factual and data-driven. Ability to deep dive into data and provide clear insights for sound decision-making purposes.

• Meticulous attention to detail and double-checking as second nature.

• Experienced with Holistics, Tableau, or reporting tools from Salesforce, Zendesk is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
