IN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL:
Build & maintain reports and dashboards to show how teams, sub-teams and individuals are performing against key metrics.
Provide data-driven suggestions for problem resolution
Manage BAU reporting
Provide ad hoc operations insights and analysis on request
AS OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE, YOU HAVE:
At least 3-5 years of experience in the same capacity
Structured, factual and data-driven. Ability to deep dive into data and provide clear insights for sound decision-making purposes.
Meticulous attention to detail and double-checking as second nature.
Experienced with Holistics, Tableau, or reporting tools from Salesforce, Zendesk is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
