Reporting Analyst

Job requirement

1. Book Keeping & Reporting (30%)

· Produce or supervise accounting staff on inputting data to CW1 system timely & correctly.

· Review and reclassify or correct data in system if need.

· Perform monthly reconciliation between Misa and CW1 system.

· Ensure accounting month closing is on time

· Produce or supervise all monthly accounting deliverables as committed schedule

· Prepare monthly and yearly finance reports (HFM, MMR, and other management reports as request).

· Upload reports to Group Consolidate report system on time.

· Follow up and clear queries from Group related to submitted reports.

· Ensure CW1 system is compliant with Group policy and guidance.

· Liaise with other departments, auditors for all finance matter.

2. Accounting Policies & Compliances (15%)

· In the best self-capability, update and consult to superior the change on rules; suggest solution on compliance and mitigate compliance risks.

· Contact and work with other departments/parties for any concerned matters.

3. Monitoring Operation & Analysing Data (30%)

· Support FM in control payment and collection.

· Monthly reconcile for all items.

· Provide comprehensive analysis with meaningful comments to communicate the business performance and support the decision making. Analyse monthly finance reports.

· Prepare Budgeting.

· Complete operational requirements by scheduling, and assigning employees, following up on work results.

· Champion the team to complete other tasks as assigned by FM.

· Work with Chief Accountant, Bankers, Auditors, Vendors, Customer for daily/monthly/annually operating tasks.

4. Team Supervising & Coordinating (15%)

· Support FM on training and updating knowledge for accounting staff.

· Coach, supervise, develop and encourage junior accounting staff.

· Join with FM on annually employee appraisal.

5. System Set up & Ad-hoc Projects (10%)

· Support FM on build up policies and standard operation process.

· Review and propose for improvement plan for current processes/practices.

· Support FM & take part in accounting system/processes implementation & improvement.

Job requirement

· Strong accounting background, management skills, and organizational skills.

· Sound knowledge in Logistics and Forwarding service and finance analysis.

· Professional skills in CW1 system are preferred.

· Good analytical skills, professional skills in excel and ppt.

.  Fluid verbal and written English communication skills.

·  Ability to lead change.

·  Exposure to process improvement and leadership.

·  Good communication skills to work with people.

·  Skills in leading, influencing and coaching others.

·  Self-management, sound judgment.

.  Bachelor degree in accounting or finance.

.  Minimum 3 years experiences in the same position.
