As part of the Customer Experience Analytics & Insights team, you will help us as we analyze data into consumer insight to outserve customers and across business units within Grab.
Get to know the Role:
The Reporting Analyst will support business intelligence and data driven decision making, by developing reports and dashboard to provide insights of financial, business initiatives, and performance reporting.
The day-to-day activities:
- Forecasting, track and manage finance budget, and P&L for the group
- Support the business on budget, cost management and analysis, for business case and initiatives
- Perform cost management and performance measurement, and translate stakeholder requirements into reports and dashboards
- Extract and prepare data, communicate, and present to business partners, stakeholders and leadership
- Create business performance and financial dashboard and reports, analyze existing and new data, and share insights with various departments
- Enable data driven decision making by measuring, extracting data, and performing data analysis
- Manage timely and accurate delivery of business projects and reports
The must haves:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in finance, business analytics and reporting role
- Flair for numbers, strong analytical skills and structured process thinking, attentive to detail, and a proactive self-starter
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal, influencing skills and able to communicate well with different stakeholders and across cultures
- Skilled in analyzing data, business processes, communicating insights, and recommending solutions
- Positive attitude, proactive, eager, demonstrated ability to work with data and documentation
- Strong exposure to strategic data analysis and problem solving
- Self-driven and exhibits personal accountability for successful completion of projects and tasks assigned
- General knowledge of budget management, customer contact centers, workforce management, data management tools highly desirable
- Experience using data and reporting tools such as SQL, Google Suite, Python, R, Tableau, Holistics
