Replenishment Specialist

• Monitor and analyze sales demand and inventory levels to create timely replenishment plans and ensure market needs are met.

• Manage and optimize inventory levels at the central warehouse and/or distribution points, balancing cost-effectiveness with customer service.

• Place orders from the factory/supplier according to the approved plan, control lead time, and track delivery progress.

• Work closely with relevant departments and suppliers to handle any issues that may arise, such as stockouts, delivery delays, or high inventory levels.

• Monitor and report on relevant metrics (OTIF, forecast accuracy, service level, etc.).

• Propose improvements to the replenishment process to help enhance supply chain efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, with a preference for experience in the FMCG industry.

• Proficient in Excel, with a preference for experience using ERP software (SAP/Oracle/Infor...).

• Strong data analysis skills, logical thinking, meticulousness, and forecasting ability.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in using Power BI, Excel, and Query.

• In-depth understanding of supply chain value drivers within large-scale companies.
