Regional Trade Marketing Supervisor

• Position Title: Regional Trade Marketing Supervisor
• Function: Marketing, Ecommerce & Trade
• Sub-function: Trade Marketing
• Line reports to: Regional Trade Marketing Assistant Manager, North & Central
• Direct Reports: 3

Purpose of Position

• Planning and implementing trade marketing plan to support sales activities.
• Increase sales volume, increase points of distribution product through trade marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the PG Forces including planning, recruiting, on-boarding, training, performance review.
• Manage trade tools and provide support to sale team to ensure sustainable volume growth objectives.
• Plan and manage company market assets such as coolers or draught machines.
• Ensure excellent execution of the trade programs.
• Manage the relationship with Key Accounts to improve sale out performance.
• Manage trade marketing budgets to deliver commercial results.
• Conduct projects or tasks as and when assigned.

• Bachelor degree preferably in Marketing or related field.
• 2+ years FMCG, trade marketing experience
• Good communication with stakeholder. English is preferred
• Comfort in engaging with consumers, retailers and wholesalers.
• Ability to work in a team environment, and have leadership and planning skills.
• Ability to report key metrics and sales data.
• Demonstrates a hands-on attitude and an attention to detail.
• Comfortable with ambiguity.
• Demonstrate agility within a dynamic environment.

• Highly self-motivated and able to work flexible hours (nights and weekends).
