Get to know our Team:

Grab’s Platform Safety and Quality team supports the organization across multiple geographies and business units. We plan, execute and enforce policies and standards to ensure the safety of our customers and partners on our platform. We are responsible for all safety-related aspects of the platform, through continual development and innovation to business processes, policies and products. We also help influence the overall strategic direction of the company by supporting the top management with safety insights and advisory.

The day-to-day activities:

  • Conduct regular surveys to understand customer sentiments on safety and Grab’s brand positioning

  • Identify key areas for improvement and build action plans

  • Work with stakeholders to implant the identified key initiatives to improve brand perception


The must haves:

  • Minimally bachelor's degree - 6+ years of experience in branding and marketing

  • Deep expertise in solving branding and/or perception problems

  • An analytical mindset with ability to present and execute on actionable findings;

  • Critically understand quantitative and qualitative patterns that are associated with safety trends;

  • Strategic mindset in thinking about the bigger picture and how we can improve as a company;

  • Proven conflict resolution skills;

  • Possess excellent problem solving/decision making, communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Executive presence to be able to influence leaders across the organization;

  • An ability to work cross-functionally, independently or virtually in a minimally structured and fast-paced environment;

  • Self-motivated and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and to meet deadlines;

  • Passion to ensure a safe experience for all our passengers and drivers

  • Proficiency in productivity tools (email, calendar, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Solid and structured spoken and written communication skills

  • Experience in engaging across Southeast Asian markets and cultures;

  • Start-up experience is a plus;
