Get to know our Team:
Own and drive digital performance strategy for a Grab vertical. Lead team to achieve user acquisition, retention and engagement targets. Integrate performance marketing with CRM/loyalty and local marketing initiatives.
The day-to-day activities:
Acquisition
Develop digital performance marketing strategy across a business vertical for paid channels.
Leverage various data sources and combine with external data to set digital media strategies.
Define digital media tools and services to ensure world-class planning and buying capabilities.
Drive development and implementation of consistent KPIs in collaboration with CRM/owned media channels.
Drive market leading ROI and analyse optimum digital mix to achieve KPIs.
Manage external media agencies and media owners, including regular evaluation of delivery and services.
Work with Data team to understand attribution and how to accurately measure the importance and ranking of each channel.
Provide direct support and work in partnership with the Country Marketing Heads to guide, evangelize, and support the creation & execution of their digital strategies
Retention
Focus on new and innovative ways of engaging customers through constant testing & refining of new initiatives.
Expand retargeting capabilities via vendors, technology or media channels.
Cross-Sell
Formulate strategies to drive adoption of new Grab verticals.
Establish concrete metrics to determine ROAS on existing and new user campaigns.
CRM
Collaborate with CRM and data teams to drive better efficiencies on Grab communication channels.
Jointly execute incremental studies across owned and paid media channels.
Branding
Deliver media plans that build Top of Mind recall for Grab brand
Establish and improve engagement and brand lift benchmarks across all digital campaigns
Leadership:
Interview, grow, mentor and manage a team of performance marketing executives providing clear direction.
Educate internal and cross functional organizations on the performance marketing best practices and strategy.
Mitigate all stakeholders and project situations professionally.
Take responsibility for the business development of the team, ensuring annual growth and profitability for all work managed
The must haves:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or other advertising subjects
8-10 years of relevant working experience, of which at least 5 years of experience in digital performance marketing or relevant/related roles
Experience in managing a team of high performance individuals
Engage and effectively communicate with senior executive stakeholders across the organization
Strong understanding of digital advertising technologies and marketing attribution models
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent organisational, project management and time management skills
Ability to analyse reports and communicate findings succinctly to cross-functional business partners
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Experience with start-up environment desired
