Regional Operations Analyst

About the role

As a Regional Operations Analyst, you will be tasked with providing accurate and insightful analysis to the Regional Operations Manager, as well as coordinating and supervising our regional operational activities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data driven analysis of the business and drive on the ground change

• Model current and future operational needs, continuously iterate and improve on the operational process

• Drive product development of support services and managing multiple stakeholders

• Assist the Regional Operations Manager on identifying and executing strategic initiatives

• Train, supervise and track operational performance of our teams around the region

• Negotiate and oversee logistics and services provided by our vendors

Qualifications

• Detail oriented

• Comfortable with data analysis and deriving insights

• Working knowledge of databases, especially SQL

• Comfortable working behind a desk and travelling around the region

• Experience in logistics or operations is a plus

• Ability to speak another Asian language is a plus

• Diploma / Degree in logistics, operations, business, finance, engineering, statistics or mathematics

• Able to work in a fast paced, start up environment

• At least 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in operations, logistics, trading, management consulting or investment banking
