People & Organisational Development (POD) is a team of diverse and passionate change agents driving transformation within Grab and the team. We seek to reinvent three main areas in Grab: Talent and Performance, Learning and Development, and Culture and Engagement. We create and implement customised solutions to cultivate Grab’s organisational health and help Grabbers thrive at work. ​


Get to know the Role:

Working as part of the Learning and Development team, your role will focus on three main dimensions:

Driving Leadership Development

  • Develop and own development journeys (including leadership programs) for specific segments of Grabbers

  • Collaborate and engage with internal business leaders to understand business and people needs to shape relevant programs and interventions

  • Work with external partners to design and implement high-impact development experiences (i.e. programs, interventions, etc.) and scale across the region

  • Manage faculty (external and/or internal) to ensure high quality and timely delivery

Ensuring impact and continuous improvement

  • Track progress and success of, and generate insights on development journeys (e.g., relevance, and scale) and develop recommendations for improvement

  • Identify opportunities for leadership development vis-à-vis Grab’s needs and implement changes to approach, programs and processes

Strengthening branding and knowledge sharing:

  • Build awareness of and promote leadership development programs, events, and interventions within Grab

  • Support Grab-wide L&D initiatives and proactively share knowledge/best practice (with the team & Grab)

Keys to Success:

  • At least 5 - 8 years experience in relevant scope of work

  • Strategic and structured thinking with strong execution

  • Desire to accelerate growth in self and others

  • Hunger for continuous improvement & innovation in Grab’s leadership development

  • Ability to deliver high quality outcomes in a timely manner, even under pressure

  • Experience in program/project management & consulting

  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams and leaders

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • High emotional and cultural intelligence

  • Deep understanding of millennials

  • Experience in tech companies and/or startups a plus
