Get to know the Role:

• Lead the corporate IT Systems team in managing system services and project deliveries.

• Responsible for high availabilities for hosted services and applications.

• Coach and mentor team members on emerging technologies, project delivery methods and operation best practices.

• Manage escalations and proactively engages stakeholders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives

• Define, oversee, improve processes and guideline to the team

The must haves:

• As a leader; walk the halls, understand what’s happening, leads the team and manages stakeholders.
• Solid background in scripting languages - Powershell, Shell, Bash, Python, JavaScript, or Node.js.
• Solid monitoring knowledge on various monitoring tools (DataDog, CloudWatch).
• Savvy ITIL knowledge. At least 5 yrs of IT / tech operations hands-on experience.
• At least 3 yrs of experience as a technical lead.

• Excellent soft skills - able to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. Open-minded, creative and innovative.

Nice to Haves:

• 3 yrs of Software developer background.
• Experience in REST APIs, SSO ( SAML 2.0, oAuth), and LDAP.
• Database/query knowledge (DynamoDB, MySQL, Presto, ElasticSearch)
