Get to know the Role:

The Regional IT Network Manager is responsible for leading the team in designing, configuring, implementing and testing, troubleshooting and supporting multi-site critical network environments for the Grab ecosystem. This consists of multi-vendor Routers, Switches, Wireless LAN, VoIP, Firewall & Network Security. You will provide technical, functional and project management support for the IT-Management, demonstrating capability to successfully create and manage programs for lifecycle processes such as capacity, availability, configuration- and change management, and access management. You will exhibit knowledge and experience in

• Designing and configuring routing protocols, complex QoS and VLAN configurations and designs.

• MPLS network architecture and design disciplines

• SD-WAN network infrastructures (Meraki)

• Network security design, configuration, and tuning

• Excellent understanding of VPN (site-to-site, remote access, tunnels, cloud connect)

• IPS appliances and in-line modules, tuning of alerts

• Knowledge and Experience with AAA (Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting)

• Site surveys, site assessments, and audits

• Experience with software-defined and API-driven environments

• Familiar with security frameworks and best practices including SANS, NIST, ISO and PCI

The must haves:

• ​​A Bachelor degree in information systems or engineering and six or more years of work experience as a Manager

• Vendor certifications – at least CCNP/CCDP/CCDA

• Very strong internal customer facing background, as well as superior oral and written communication skills

• Good technical aptitude including excellent troubleshooting skills

• A keen doer, always seeking out for the next disruption to the way IT works

• A team leader who will stand up for the team but also ready to show tough love in order to shape the team

• Adapt to a very fast paced, fast-changing environment
