Get to know the Role

The Regional IAM Executive will be supporting IAM solutions for Grab's enterprise infrastructure. Candidate should be able to troubleshoot basic authentication and authorization issues. The executive will execute service requests for account provisioning, maintenance, movements and de-provisioning across Grab's extensive network and XaaS services and applications. The executive will occasionally be tasked with assisting the IAM engineer in the implementation of new services or technologies. He/she will have a security focus, keeping the least privilege model in mind when provisioning or modifying authorization to Grab's enterprise systems. They should be able to successfully operate as an individual contributor as well as being able to collaborate with members of Grab's IT team, vendors, executives and business unit managers. He/she should be able field basic inquiries regarding information security practice or access pertaining to Identity and Access Management and Governance. The IAM executive should be to follow detailed documentation of solutions that support Grab personnel in the execution of their respective job functions. Candidate is expected to keep up to date knowledge of current industry trends and developments to include best practices, techniques, processes and products to help keep Grab's intellectual property safeguarded.

The must haves skills

• Maintains up to date knowledge of industry best practices, processes and products
• 1 or more consecutive years of demonstrated experience working in the Identity and Access management domain
• Understanding of IAM technologies, authentication and authorization
• Critical thinker with the ability to troubleshoot 1st level support issues
• General troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Customer-centric focus
• Capable of working in and adapting to fast paced start up culture
• Strong Excel skillset
• Meticulous, superb writing and communication skills

Really nice to haves skills

• Attained ITIL or relevant certification
• Familiarity with services such as Active Directory, IAMaaS, SSO, federation, SAML or OAuth
• Understanding of Powershell
• Demonstrates ability to adapt, embraces cultural diversity and working effectively with remote teams
