Get to know the role:

The Regional IAM Engineer will be developing, deploying and supporting IAM solutions for Grab's enterprise infrastructure. You will be focused on Identity Management relating to security, controls, incident/event monitoring and SaaS/DaaS/IaaS platforms. You should be able to design and develop solutions for external and internal facing systems with a keen sense of security in mind. This role will require you to operate successfully as an individual contributor as well as collaborate with key stakeholders. Incumbent must be able to field general inquiries regarding information security practices, access management and governance. The IAM Engineer should be to provide detailed documentation of solutions and train support personnel on the functionality and limitations of any given solution. You are expected to keep up to date with knowledge of current industry trends and developments which include best practices, techniques, processes and products to help safeguard Grab's intellectual property.

The must haves:

• At least 8 consecutive years of experience in IT of which 4 consecutive years are direct experience in IAM products and services such as Cloud based ldP, IAMaaS, SSO, federation, SAML and OAuth
• Single Sign On - federation, Kerberos, cryptography, RADIUS and Multi-Factor Authentication as well as SSO solutions (development and deployment of solutions providing AuthN and AuthZ services)
• Solid experience with automation, scripting (PowerShell, Java, Golang, React, etc...), account and privileged access management and API's
• Capable of working in collaborative team environment as well as being able to operate in a self directed capacity
• Critical thinker with the ability to determine root-cause analysis, asses and articulate risk to organizational leaders
• Must possess broad knowledge of IT infrastructure and corresponding processes as well as in-depth and up-to-date experience of SaaS cloud only environment

The good to haves:

• Attained CISSP or relevant certification
• Able to design and develop standards for Identity & Access Management and Security
• Familiarity with User Lifecycle Management i.e., on-boarding, account management and off-boarding
• Demonstrates ability to adapt, embraces cultural diversity and working effectively with remote teams
