We are looking for an agile and resourceful Regional Campus Manager to join in the adventure of building and scaling Southeast Asia’s fastest growing tech startup. Get to know the Role:

The Regional Campus Manager will shape and lead Grab’s campus strategy, where we believe is the core of our emerging talent strategy to attract the best minds in the tech industry.

The day-to-day activities:

  • Lead the campus programs team to achieve the overall campus agenda
  • Conceptualize and own the Grab Internship Program –as a feeder to our eventual graduates program.
  • Ownership of the end-to-end campus strategy and is the face of Grab to universities in SEA and beyond.
  • Design and develop robust school sourcing strategy in partnership with the business and outline an effective plan to build and develop campus relationships
  • Educate and communicate to senior business leaders about the overall recruiting strategy/processes.
  • Build a solid recruiting platform and market the recruiting efforts internally to get strong participation from the business
  • Evaluate sources of hire and analyse areas like quality of hire etc. Adjust sourcing strategy as necessary
  • Manage and maintain campus recruiting budget to ensure that costs are in line and appropriate
  • Ensure that all recruiting activities are conducted with the required compliance and control
  • Partner with team leads to devise an in-country / functional programs as required.
  • Track and analyze recruiting stats and metrics on an on-going basis, to identify strategic significance and provide trends to key stakeholders
  • Partner with the Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing team to execute internet and on-campus branding and marketing
  • Manage content of campus materials (web site, presentations, brochure, job descriptions)



The must haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years relevant experience
  • Recruiting, entry-level program management and/or related knowledge/experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team
  • Excellent communication skills with strong public speaking and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and planning capabilities; able to multi-task with demonstrated track record of setting and executing end-to-end campus program strategies
  • Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with key partners and stakeholders across a broad organization
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to use qualitative and quantitative analysis to make a case
  • Innovative, energetic and possesses a strong passion for campus activities.
