Get to know the Role:
Purpose of the position is to identify and implement process improvements and innovations in workforce and financial management for the department. This includes:
- Liaising with operations and internal team to identify and implement end to end efficiency gains.
- Lead improvement projects.
- Streamline financial budgeting processes and tracking thereafter.
The day-to-day activities:
- Provide business and process analysis and investigate opportunities for process improvements in consultation with operations and Head of WFM.
- Design and build solutions to mitigate repetitive tasks and contribute to efficiency goals laid out by the department.
- Proactively monitor, audit and report on headcount changes and calculate financial impacts on account of the same.
- Validate and provide initial sign offs on invoices from Vendors and Suppliers supporting the department.
- Collaborate closely with other teams and share experience and expertise.
- Develop team members and maintain an environment for learning and growth of talents.
The must haves:
- Graduate in Finance /Computer Science is desirable
- Knowledge of Financial tools, Programming and reporting (SQL, Tableau) would be a plus.
- Knowledge of Workforce and Financial management.
- Experience in applying continuous improvement methodologies.
- 10+ years of work experience, with at least 5 years in relevant fields
