Get to know our Team:
The Regional Rewards Business Development team is responsible for the identification, negotiation and maintenance of partnerships in the GrabRewards Programme. This includes both earn and burn aspects of partnerships


Get to know the Role:

  • Derive and Communicate GrabRewards (non-travel) programme strategy to in-country business development teams, provide guidance on types of partners as well as overall redemption catalogue approach for non-travel GrabRewards partnerships.  

  • From derived GrabRewards (non-travel) programme strategy, lead in identifying, engaging, structuring and launching regional loyalty partnerships with regional partners, working closely with country rewards BD teams, regional loyalty marketing team, Rewards Product + Tech teams and other relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure best practices sharing, implementation and replication of local deals to regional, by providing thought leadership and facilitating cross-sharing.
  • Support Reg BD Lead in whole-of-Grab partnerships, typically anchored towards loyalty partnerships  


The day-to-day activities:

  • Strategic planning, tracking and implementation of the business key performance indicators

  • Track merchant rewards performance and monitor trends to share insights across markets

  • Maintain and refine internal business development tools, such as playbooks and pitch deck to ensure processes and statistics are up-to-date

  • Work closely with Analytics team to create and build on existing reports / dashboards to increase efficiency and productivity

  • Support country’s partners launch and work closely with various stakeholders to finalize commercials, tech and launch materials


The must haves:

  • At least 5 - 7 years of relevant work experience in strategic partnerships / loyalty partnerships

  • Ability to think strategically, strong negotiation and partner management skills

  • Detail and outcome oriented

  • Self starter, able to operate in a dynamic and fast paced environment with minimal supervision
