Recruitment & Training Supervisor

Mô tả công việc


· Be responsible for recruitment KPIs

· Update current and initiate to improve recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and on-boarding processes)

· Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)

· Implement new sourcing methods

· Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs

· Research and choose job advertising options

· Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques

· Recommend ways to improve our employer brand

· Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs

· Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations

· Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners

· Keep up-to-date on trends in retail industry; overseeing competitor strategic to effectively execute manpower planning as an effective HR Plan to Business Unit

· Participate in job fairs and career events (if needed)


· Develop, coordinate, and/or conduct general/job-specific/soft skills training programs to ensure staffs are well- trained on their job functions

· Develop and conduct initial orientation programs to ensure all staffs are fully informed and engaged to company business and brands

· Coordinate and/or conduct corporate sponsored training programs for store personnel.

· Build/maintain/implement training calendar/documents/database/records…

· Work closely with HRBPs and store teams to provide training need analysis, identify training concerns and provide recommendations for continuous improvement

Yêu cầu công việc

·         Degree Holder, preferably in HR Management, Psychology, or Business Management

·         3 - 5 years of experience in recruitment, at least 1 year in supervisory level in Retail Fashion industry or equivalent
