Job requirement

1. Recruitment support- Follow through the recruitment process with other dept.- College and University relation building- Internship program development- Design and implement C&B programs including basic salary, sales incentive, annual bonus and benefits programs to support business goals & in line with the Corporate philosophies.- Cooperate with Managers to set JD, KPI, evaluation system for all levels of employees.- Define, plan and organize relevant training program to employees including technical knowledge, sales training, soft skills & other internal mandatory trainings.- Define and build up a strategy to keep and develop talent employees, encourage and motivate employees.- Conduct the recruitment process for all levels, ensure to recruit right employee to right position.2. Employee training:- Company Policy- New Hire- Soft skill, team building, English training etc. to organize- Perform other task as assigned by the head of department

Job requirement

P Gender: Male/Female- Graduated from University with Major as: Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other major equivalence- At least 2 years’ experience in Administrative-HR field- Comunication by English (Speaking & writing )- Proficiently in Microsoft, software...- Be supportive, responsible, careful, enthusiastic, hard working, willing to learn...
