- Thực hiện các thủ tục nhận việc, giới thiệu nhân viên mới, hỗ trợ đào tạo cho nhân viên mới. Thực hiện phỏng vấn thôi việc, và các thủ tục khi nhân viên thôi việc.- To perform the procedures of on boarding, introduce new employee, support training for them. To conduct the exit interview and other procedures of resigned employee.
- Theo dõi và cập nhật dữ liệu nhân viên luôn đầy đủ và chính xác, thực hiện kí mới, tái kí HĐLĐ, phụ lục HĐLĐ, đảm bảo các thông tin phải chuẩn với dữ liệu nhân viên và luôn đúng với quy định của pháp luật.- To monitor and update employee data which is always completed and accruately, to do the new signing, re-signing Labor contract, Appendix of Labor contract, to ensure that information should be standardized with employee data and always compliance with local code.
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận trong công tác đánh giá nhân viên, thực hiện các báo cáo liên quan đến lao động, tuyển dụng, đào tạo và thôi việc.- To co-ordinate with the departments in employee assessment, make the reports which related in labors, recruitment, training and dismissal.
