Experience:
1. Recruitment
Receive and review hiring requests from departments; advise on appropriate recruitment approaches.
Execute the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, CV screening, interviewing, candidate assessment, and hiring recommendations.
Coordinate with Line Managers throughout the interview and selection process.
Build, manage, and maintain candidate databases and talent pools.
Track and report basic recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and quality of hire.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
2. Training
Coordinate with departments to identify training needs based on job roles and performance gaps.
Plan and organize onboarding and internal training programs.
Support the implementation of skill-based and professional training sessions.
Monitor training effectiveness and prepare training reports.
Maintain training records, participant lists, and training materials.
3. Other HR Activities
Support other HR-related activities as assigned (employee engagement, probation review, HR support tasks).
Perform other duties as required by direct management.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Recruitment
Solid understanding of recruitment and training processes and HR fundamentals.
Strong communication, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
Good planning, organizational, and follow-up abilities.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
