- Source and screen candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, talent pools).
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and selection steps.
- Manage post-interview activities: provide feedback, prepare offer letters, and ensure timely communication with candidates.
- Handle onboarding and orientation to help new employees integrate effectively.
2. Employer Branding & Talent Attraction
- Support employer branding campaigns to strengthen the company’s image in the talent market.
- Participate in job fairs, career days, and university events.
- Design recruitment materials using Canva or similar tools.
- Manage the company’s recruitment-related social media channels to maintain engagement.
3. Candidate Experience & Process Improvement
- Provide professional support to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Suggest improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate satisfaction.
4. Reports & HR Support
- Maintain accurate recruitment and employee records.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual recruitment reports.
- Support other HR-related tasks as assigned.
