JOB SUMMARY
•    Work out recruitment plan following the personnel program. And choose suitable candidates through kinds of ways. And choose suitable person from candidates through interview.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Work out recruitment plan according to HR request.
•    Recruit candidate through different channels.
•    Coordinate the drafting the JDs and collect resumes
•    Screen candidates by resumes and through telephone interviews.
•    Recommend the candidates to requested department, then to arrange interviews.
•    Participate in selection process
•    Prepare offer letters
•    Organize the recruitment information and file the resumes according to different positions
•    Coordinate the new employee starting program (company induction, computer set-up, dormitories, etc.)
•    Conduct the market survey to submit to the management in order to build the competitive structure
•    Build the candidate database
•    Prepare the recruitment reports
•    Other tasks as assigned by Recruitment Supervisor/Recruitment Manager/HR Manager

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
•    Be in charge of all kinds of recruitment, including for line workers and office staffs etc.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1.    Education:

•    Required - College or above specializing in personnel management or relative management.
2.    Experience:
•    5 year experience in personnel, at least 3 year experience in recruitment, having practical    experiences in recruitment.
3.    Skill:
•    Master the skills of recruitment and interview.
•    Master the skills of employee performance evaluation.
•    Have good sense of judgment.
•    Have the ability of coordination, communication and problem settlement.
•    Can work under press.
•    Have the expression ability both in writing and oral.
•    Good English speaking and listening. Good computer skill.
