RECRUITMENT & RETENTION SUPERVISOR

Job requirement

I. Job Summary:

This role is in charge of providing manpower, building up & developing talent pool for the Office as well as diversifying CSL & Employer Branding Activities to enhance Corporate Culture.

II. Job accountabilities:

  • Responsible for whole recruitment procedure for office to ensure the recruitment requisition will be met as plan;
  • Develop and timely update talent pool, recruitment agencies to ensure all potential candidates could support timely for recruitment requisition;
  • Coordinate for new hires join as welcome on board, liaise training for induction;
  • Strictly follow up probationary period, remind and get feedback from Superiors of related employee and provide confirmation afterward;
  • Proceed job evaluation, job analysis to select the right person, right job;
  • Exit interview to clarify the root causes, manage turnover rate of Office to ensure the ratio met as required;
  • Analyze manpower planning and control staff movements to ensure all are in place as required;
  • Assist Recruitment & Retention Manager to develop and implement CSL Activities to enhance Corporate Culture and retain the talent;
  • Be in charge of Employer Branding projects in term of Online & Offline channels (Job Fair, Workshop, Career Day, Social Media…) to enhance Recruitment efficiency for Store and Office.

Job requirement

III.     Job Requirements:

  • University graduate, 3-year experiences of Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition in foreign/ multinational organizations
  • Having experiences in Employer Branding is preferable
  • Good at interview and selection skills, interpersonal skill, problem solving skill, supervisory skill
  • Able to work independently and possess a high level of responsibility and commitment
  • Willing to learn, being a good team member
  • Good command of spoken & written in English and Vietnamese
  • Experience in retail or service sectors preferred
  • Literate in Microsoft word, Excel, Power point.
