RESPONSIBILITIES
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand position requirements, set expectations, and maintain communications throughout the talent acquisition process
• Come up with hiring strategy and drive the performance of a team of recruiters
• Conduct sourcing, phone screens, provide candidate assessments, and recommend viable candidates to hiring manager for further consideration
• Lead HR Coordinator and/or Hiring Managers Assistant in scheduling of candidate telephone and in person interviews
• Conduct reference checks on top candidates; extend verbal offer, offer letter and manage pre-hire onboarding process
• Ensure all hiring guideline is as per Quess or client’s hiring policy
• To engage and review performance of recruiters on a weekly basis
• To submit recruitment activity reports as per management’s requirement
REQUIREMENTS
• A minimum of 3 years of mid to senior level recruiting is required; with specialty in recruiting for technology, shared services and finance sector is highly desired. A combination of search firm and corporate recruiting experience is preferred
• Demonstrated capability in managing the full cycle recruiting process to include marketing a position, candidate interviewing and assessment and offer process
• Must have a strong foundation and understanding of direct candidate sourcing, with proven ability to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to include name generation and cold calling
• Very strong collaboration and relationship rapport building skills are required
• Technology savvy; skilled at utilizing Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) products
• Very strong communication skills (both oral and written) is a must
