Recruitment Executive

Mô tả công việc

  • Work with Recruitment team to meet recruitment needs of N Kid Corp and its subsidiaries.
  • Work with respective divisions for man power plan and replacements.
  • Keep updated on the business expansion and new business models of the Company in order to match with the new requirements.
  • Conduct the regular surveys about new recruitment channels, candidate market, total rewards policies in the relevant industries to improve our Recruitment environment.
  • Select the most cost efficient sourcing options for the company, evaluate the effectiveness recruitment for company.
  • Review the selection tools and assist line managers in the development of assessment tool to ensure the right talents are selected for the job.
  • Be in charge of talent acquisition from beginning to senior levels.
  • Coach subordinate to develop his/her skills and maximize his/her productivity.
  • Take lead in employer branding by implementing the creativeness and innovation to increase the candidates’ awareness.
  • Develop employer branding strategy and establish activities locally and overseas to attract talent to drive for localization.
  • Play a significant role in induction of new members.
  • Join contribute to the development and implementation of the Company strategic work culture and values
  • Positively participate in the common works of HR department and company activities.
  • Perform other works as assigned by Recruitment Deputy/ Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Completion of a University Degree major in Human Resource Management or relevant fields. 
  • Minimum 3 years HR management experience with at least 2 years in Recruitment function in retail business, IT & customer service brands with company size over 100 full time staffs; especially Recruitment for chain business. 
  • Dynamic and motivated personality. 
  • Good communication, interview skills in English and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of selection tools and is a trained user.
  • Good listening and observation skills.
  • Proficient in MS office programs.
